During 2005, award winning veteran broadcaster Jerry Dahmen spoke before community organizations, civic groups, and churches, as he shared his “I Love Life” stories that are broadcast daily on KXRB Radio and globally on Work Christian Broadcasting, reaching a potential audience of over 200 million listeners. Proceeds for Jerry’s two “I Love Life” books and five “ I Love Life” CD’s have been given to various charities, including the Salvation Army and the Banquet in Sioux Falls.

Jerry has served on the board of directors for many community organizations, including the Governor’s Committee for the Employment of People with Disabilities, McCrossan Boys Ranch, the Visiting Nurses Association, the Rape Crisis Center, Toastmasters, and the Media Board of First Lutheran Church.
